Refund Policy

1. Before purchasing

Enrollment करण्यापूर्वी course details, modules, bonuses, access period आणि technical requirements काळजीपूर्वक वाचा. प्रश्न असल्यास payment करण्यापूर्वी support शी संपर्क करा.

2. Duplicate payment

एकाच enrollment साठी duplicate payment झाल्यास transaction proof सह आम्हाला email करा. Verification झाल्यानंतर duplicate amount योग्य payment method वर refund करण्यासाठी process केली जाईल.

3. Payment deducted but access not received

Payment deduct झाली पण course access मिळाला नाही, तर payment करताना वापरलेला email, mobile number आणि transaction reference पाठवा. प्रथम access issue resolve करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला जाईल. Payment successful असूनही access देता आला नाही तर applicable resolution दिले जाईल.

4. Change of mind

Course access मिळाल्यानंतर change of mind, वेळेअभावी course न पाहणे, अपेक्षित device किंवा internet उपलब्ध नसणे या कारणांसाठी refund दिला जाणार नाही.

5. Refund processing

Approved refund मूळ payment method वर process केला जाईल. Bank किंवा payment provider मुळे amount reflect होण्यासाठी अतिरिक्त वेळ लागू शकतो.

6. Request कशी करावी

support@jijaraya.in वर registered email, mobile number, transaction ID, payment date आणि issue चे स्पष्ट description पाठवा.
